
BEN FREELAND
(OTRL, CHT, CEAS)
Ben Freeland is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist at Renue Physical Therapy – Midland, and has been practicing occupational therapy since 2008 upon graduation from Saginaw Valley State University.
Prior to joining the Renue team, Ben worked mainly in outpatient orthopedics while also working with neurologic diagnoses. Ben enjoys using a variety of modalities to help his patients thrive, including skilled manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, sports rehab and ergonomics, always with a focus on the goals of the patient.
After developing a particular interest in treatment of the hands and wrists, Ben completed the 4,000 hours of direct practice experience required to achieve his hand therapy certification in 2024.
In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and their many extracurricular activities. He also loves to find time for golfing, camping, reading, and as much sports activity as he can!
