Pelvic Health Specialist Gina Grantham, PT, DPT has joined the team at Renue Physical Therapy – Saginaw Pelvic Health.

The clinic has been serving patients inside Moxxi Studios at 6137 Tittabawassee Rd. since June 2022. Dr. Grantham will see patients alongside Kayla Sahr, PT, DPT, who has been a pelvic health specialist at Renue since 2018. Prior to moving into the Moxxi Studios building, Dr. Sahr saw patients at Renue’s clinic on State Street in Saginaw.

“Pelvic health continues to be our fastest growing service line,” said Renue Chief Executive Officer Tony Klapish. “This year we’ve seen over 70% growth in our Saginaw pelvic health patients compared to 2021. While that type of growth is exciting, we were having to schedule evaluations two to three months out. Adding another specialist at this clinic will allow us to see patients faster.”

Dr. Grantham has been practicing physical therapy since October 2020 upon achieving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan. During her schooling, part of her clinical internship training included three months with Dr. Sahr at Renue’s State Street clinic.

“Working with Kayla during my internship really solidified my decision to pursue a specialty in pelvic health,” said Dr. Grantham. “Pelvic floor therapy is such an inspiring field. It’s so rewarding to give patients the education and tools they need to gain control of their bodies and their function so they can achieve all their health and lifestyle goals.”

Dr. Grantham and Dr. Sahr are accepting new patients for conditions including bowel and bladder dysfunction, incontinence, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), pelvic organ prolapse, and more. Pelvic health services are also offered at Renue’s Bay City West, Caro and Midland clinics.
