
MEL SVORINIC

Mel Svorinic is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, director, and managing partner at the Renue Clinic on State Street in Saginaw. He graduated from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. He has been a therapist since 1993 and has been practicing in the United States since 1994, working in a variety of settings, primarily outpatient orthopedics, but also in acute care hospital settings and nursing homes.
Mel specializes in manual therapy and the treatment of outpatient orthopedic conditions. He received his OMPT graduate certificate at Oakland University in 2011 and completed his doctorate (DPT) at Oakland University in 2015. He also has considerable experience treating neurological conditions, post-surgical conditions, BPPV (vertigo), and sports injuries. He is a strong advocate for an evidence-based approach in order to facilitate the best results for his patients.
Mel lives in Freeland with his wife and two children. He is passionate about the sport of soccer and is a player and a referee. He also works out in the gym frequently and plays golf as often as he can.
