Our Team

Christine Clements is an Occupational Therapist and Nationally Certified Hand Therapist at Renue Physical Therapy – Saginaw, Bay Road. She has been practicing occupational therapy since 1987, and received her CHT certification in 2000.

Throughout her extensive career in hospital systems, including 30 years with Ascension St. Mary’s, Christine has developed a passion for treating injuries and disorders of the hand. She takes great pride in helping people maintain or regain the functioning they need to live their lives with confidence and without pain.

Christine uses progressive research-based intervention to develop a custom treatment plan specially-designed for each patient’s unique needs.

Christine’s passion for hand therapy extends beyond her time in the clinic. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, where she previously held a national position in the organization. Working with the State of Michigan and the American Bow Association, she advocated amending the laws to allow disabled hunters to use crossbows when deer hunting. She also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan, Central Michigan University, and Saginaw Valley State University.

Christine resides in Saginaw with her husband and beloved German Shepherd, Sydney. She enjoys traveling to Arizona and California to visit her two daughters and spending time at her cottage in beautiful northern Michigan. She is also an avid reader who is always on the lookout for her next great read!
